• Contact me prior to shipping your knife. I will reply to you with an accurate estimate including the cost of the item, shipping costs, and insurance so you will know the total amount due. I will not ship the completed product to you until the full payment is received, to avoid delay in your product, please make sure payments are in full.
• Please ensure that your knife is packaged appropriately. Please ship in its original sheath or a home made sheath of thick (box type) cardboard. This will protect the knife during shipping and ME when unwrapping! (Please pay for insurance on the return shipment, if you do not insure it (to me, or return to you) I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for damages/loss to your item/s.
• Ensure you send with your knife the following information: Name, return address, phone number, type of sheath desired (style,left or right handed, type of belt clip), and the total value for replacement of knife so I can insure it for the proper amount for shipping.
